Foundations classes are for those individuals not yet fully trained or experienced in the basic Crossfit movements. In this two week class, you will learn everything from the history of Crossfit and it’s methodology, to the finer points of Olympic lifts such as the clean and jerk. Starting with a basic squat and position your knowledge will expand at an exponential rate! Our goal is that you go into class curious and come out full of demands! The foundations classes run for two weeks and there’s a new class every three weeks. Hope to see you there!
