Are you totally obsessed with working out? For some peopel, training is priority and it always has and will be. There is the thrill of accomplishing things before the world is even out of bed. You get the fun, you feel the excitement, and you do the hard work. It’s not easy, but in many ways it’s wonderful. And you also get how funny and focused we can get about training.
