Birthfit is a fantastic way to transition women from before and after childbirth while staying fit the whole time. Using a combination of progression, specific targeting through strict movements, and flow patterns similar to yoga, the program aims to give women a continuous fitness program that not only prepares them for childbirth but helps heal them afterwards. Birthfit is a prenatal-postpartum program that is designed and geared specifically to women who are pregnant are have recently given birth. It is proven, it is awesome, and it is for everyone!
CrossFit Class
Whether you are new to CrossFit or looking for the next level, our “All Levels” CrossFit class is for you! CrossFit is a sixty-minute, full-body workout. Training is led by professional Coaches who hold you accountable to achieving your goals. These classes will make you extremely fit, happier, and a more energetic person.
CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kids offers a fun, safe environment for kids to learn the fundamentals of health and exercise! We are dedicated to teaching children the importance of physical activity while increasing confidence. Like anything else in life, the best way to build healthy habits is to start young! Classes are open for ages 5-13.
Fitness 101 Course
When you graduate from this course, you will be mentally and physically ready for CrossFit classes. This course consists of twelve private training sessions with others who are brand new to CrossFit. By learning all proper CrossFit techniques, you will gain confidence with our movements before entering regular classes. Each session will slightly increase in difficulty as we complete many different variations of workouts.
Free Community Class
This free class is for anyone interested in trying out CrossFit for the first time. All experience levels are welcome.
Improving your flexibility will prevent back pain, tight hips, sore shoulders, and general aches. This class includes soft tissue work, stretching, and flexibility techniques to help improve your range of motion. This class will give you the tools to improve your overall health and well-being!
Open Gym
This is a set time where you can come in and perform your own workouts, seek additional help from a Coach, or practice new skills and drills. There is no set workout for this time slot. The freedom is all yours! 
Special Olympics Training
This class is open to anyone training for the Special Olympics along with their care takers and family members. This class will improve efficiency in athletics. Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of fitness level or experience.

 The exercises that you do during class will be dependent on your level.
